Privacy Policy

Sayedi Collections respects the confidentiality of enquiries and only uses personal information where needed to reply, to fulfil a request, or where the law requires.

Last revised 2026

What We Collect

When you use the enquiry form or write to curator@sayedicollections.com or our press inbox, we receive the contents of your message and identifiers needed to correspond (typically your email address). Routine server logs generated by hosting may contain technical data such as shortened IP addresses and timestamps.

How We Use Information

We use enquiries solely to reply, arrange appointments or pursue the matter you introduce. Where you ask to receive updates, only the minimum detail required to fulfil that mailing is retained. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated profiling or targeted advertising beyond what you explicitly agree to.

Retention and Security

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for archival, bookkeeping or unresolved matters, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Access is limited to personnel who need it to respond on behalf of the cabinet.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the enquiries page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or how the site operates. This page will show the latest revision year. Use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law. See also our Terms of Use.
